Sanjay grew up in the suburbs of our nation’s capital and after graduating from George Mason University has built an impressive career helping companies to maximize shareholder value. He is as comfortable in the boardroom as he is on the factory floor. His reputation for providing process and thought leadership to leading to corporate entities helps his client companies optimize performance and growth.

Sanjay most recently served as CFO for BioLab Inc. a Consumer Products division of Chemtura Corporation. Sanjay oversaw the financial operations and associated planning, forecasting and analysis worldwide including business and factory controllership, financial planning and analysis group and IT.

Prior to joining BioLab, Sanjay was the Managing Partner for SRM Enterprises Holdings. He also served as President/GM/Founder of sub - Georgia-based company specializing in marketing and sales of battery pack and blue tooth products targeting the US and Latin American markets. Following corporate acquisition and transformation to subsidiary of a Hong Kong/China-based battery manufacturer, he orchestrated overall operations, built top performing teams, acquired new customers, and established international partnerships focused on fueling corporate growth.

Before Enterprises Sanjay was Worldwide Business Operations Finance Controller for Motorola’s Energy Systems Group in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He was appointed to establish and manage international staff of a $300M OEM start up business, and $250M network services segments. He oversaw financial planning, marketing, pricing, manufacturing, engineering, and sales performance for US, Europe, and Asia Notebook, Handheld Systems, and Mobile PCS.

Sanjay began his career with finance and operations experiences of increasing levels of responsibility in the telecommunications industry with both MCI and LCI International. Sanjay successfully worked with transforming call center operations for Customer Service and Telemarketing groups. He served both companies in a financial planning and analysis capacity and was also responsible for completing due diligence analysis for mergers and acquisitions. He integrated new company products and services to ensure conversion or transition of key systems and communicated market performance to senior executives and boards of directors
