Sanjay most recently served as CFO for BioLab Inc., a consumer products division of Chemtura Corporation, where he oversaw the financial operations and associated planning, forecasting and analysis worldwide, including business and factory controllership, financial planning and analysis group, and IT.

Prior to joining BioLab, Sanjay was the Managing Partner for SRM Enterprises Holdings. He also served as President/GM/Founder, specializing in the marketing and sales of battery packs and bluetooth products in the US and Latin American markets.

Before his tenure at SRM Enterprises, Sanjay was Worldwide Business Operations Finance Controller for Motorola’s Energy Systems Group in Lawrenceville, Georgia. He managed the international staff of a $300M OEM start-up business and $250M network services segments. He also oversaw financial planning, marketing, pricing, manufacturing, engineering and sales performance for the division.

Sanjay began his career in the telecommunications industry at both MCI and LCI International, where he successfully transformed call center operations, worked in financial planning and mergers & acquisitions.

LARRY KLINE

Larry Kline grew up in Indiana, graduated from St Joseph’s College and earned his CPA in 1980. A results-oriented executive, he has experience utilizing his financial and analytical skills to improve operations and increase revenue in a number of diverse industries. Prior to starting his practice, Larry was COO of the National Pork Board with 75m in revenue. He also served as VP of Business Development and CFO of Nutra-Park, Inc., a biotech firm specializing in plant growth regulators. At Nutra-Park, he developed the financial structure and budgeting system, plus developed and executed the launch of products in Western Europe and South Africa. Larry was also the first President of the Wisconsin Technology Council, a public-private partnership devoted to growing technology in the state, and was responsible for developing the initial ten-year strategic plan.

As CFO of Protein Genetics Inc., a $110m international holding company, Larry led the 25-strong, international finance/accounting team and was involved in a major restructuring as he helped return the organization to profitability. Larry also served as CFO of Broadcast Partners, a start-up agricultural communication company, where he was responsible for developing the financial team and executing day-to-day operations.

Larry began his career with Edw. J. Funk and Sons, Inc., rising from Chief Accountant to CFO. The organization went from $20m to $75m in revenue and grew organically 10% per year as it underwent six acquisitions in a two-year period.
